Our Search Process
The fine tuning begins in advance as we work to determine the company’s history, goals, strategy, and culture. Complimentary soft skills, personality traits, and the external perception of the company are also mapped and considered. Benefits to potential candidates such as career growth, compensation and/or continued training are documented. Understand the position and the critical need it fills within the organization. Determine discretion level within which the search needs to be conducted and identify any possible conflicts of interest to avoid.
Search initiation includes the development of a detailed position description that compliments the before mentioned criteria. Research is conducted, and candidate identification, connections and evaluations are undertaken. Candidates are evaluated and benchmarked internally prior to submission to the client. Upon feedback, reevaluate certain aspects of the position description, if necessary. Continue with recruitment process while interviews are set and conducted. Conduct reference checks on selected finalist candidates and assist in the negotiation and acceptance of an offer. Monitor the onboarding process including assisting the candidate as necessary with the resignation process. Conduct follow up calls with both the candidate and the clients to ensure that the candidate is performing and settling in well.
