MVP Executives was established in 2014 by principal owner, executive recruiter and client relationship manager, Lindsey Wentzel.  Through our industry contacts and careful screening processes, we have realized high rates of assignment completion, candidate retention and overall client satisfaction.

Specializing in multifamily real estate for over ten years has given us a unique perspective into the industry marketplace through up cycles and down.  We have successfully placed a number of executives and regional team members in a variety of geographical markets across the country in widely diversified roles.  Companies we have worked with over the years have included the industry's largest REITs to smaller owner/operators, syndicators, private equity firms, merchant builders and general contractors.
